Can you add a photo?

What about adding a stuffed animal to her sleep / play area?

If she is only 4 weeks old she has been separated from her mother way too early. You are her mother now! She needs to be played with and kept mentally stimulated. Is she eating well & using a litter box?

Omg!!! She is adorable!!! Yea I would get her a bunch little toys to keep her company. If she really begins to bug, like mine would cry and wake me up early in the morning, then she may need a playmate. I got a sister for mine and they've been inseparable.

She eats well and doesn't really use the litter box I still don't have a name for her so if you have any suggestions for names I'm open to them

This'll sound funny, but I wonder if there's a kitten equivalent to carrying your baby on your back as you work?  She'd need to have more like a soft well-vented carrier back pack I suppose, but that's one way you could take her with you.  She is very young and needs to be with you.  She will grow out of that but not right now.  Would something like that be workable for you?

Saint Cecilia's day is coming up on the 22nd. Cecilia would be a nice name.

She will be fine when you go to work. Just do what you can - things don't have to be perfect. You've saved her from a dangerous outside life. Kudos to you!

Is there any way that you can help to catch the mom and have her spayed?  It's a really hard life outside having litter after litter.

Do you have the kitten enclosed in a small area?

The mom is completely wild and unable to catch and the kitten is with me most of the time so she doesn't meow and scare my other cats

At this age kittens are used to having others to play with and their mom for warmth and food. You must try to give her these things. A stuffed toy is a good idea, a ticking clock helps, wrapped in a fleece, that is warm and sounds like the mother's heartbeat when she goes to sleep. Balls to chase but not toys with string or feathers yet, unless you are there to play with her, as they can be dangerous. Kittens like to try to eat everything. Give her two or three sleeping areas where she can be warm but also sit and watch what is going on. She will soon adapt to the routine.
