I've been googling but haven't found a thing for recipes for venison, moose, or elk and am wondering if anyone has some good, reliable recipes for these meats.

Some things to note is that I will not be able to add the hearts of these animals, which means more added taurine, but I will be able to add the livers.

Not sure what you're asking, exactly. Do you want to know what vitamins and minerals you need to add? Or are you trying to feed PMR? I use boneless venison alot, i add EZ to it. I also use beef/bone/venison from HT and add alnutrin for meat and bone.

Yeah, mainly the amount of liver and fat for each pound of muscle meat so that it would be balanced/what they would get in the wild. I think I could manage figuring out the vitamins, but I'll definitely be using a pre-mix of them instead to save the hassle. I'll keep EZ in mind to use for that for sure.

It really depends on whats in the meat already that you're feeding. If it's just muscle meat then you add liver based on weight. Fat percentages vary based on the meat, which is why its encouraged to feed a protein rotation diet. Beef and lamb are fattier than say, venison, naturally. If you want something that's more "what they get in the wild" then you want to go more with PMR or whole prey.
