Need help

A beautiful orange stray is at my doorstep. I have him fixed up with warm blankets and all the food he can eat. Will put in garage when it gets cold with heater ,box,and toys and company. Anyway I need help for some good flea meds and a compassionate vet to give her the once over. That way I can bring her in the house with my other 2 cats. I am on disability with only 600.00 monthly so I e what they want. True storydesperately could use some help.

Thank you for caring for this kitty! What I would do is contact the nearest cat rescue organization and see if they can help with a vet checkup and neutering. Many places offer low-cost or even free neutering and once he's in for that, the vet always gives the cat a general checkup (to make sure the cat can get anesthesia).  

Where in the US do you live? Maybe we can help you locate a nearby rescue that can help? They may be able to help with low-cost flea meds as well as deworming (if he has fleas, he's likely to have tapeworm as well, so will need treatment for both).
