Urgent help needed to two three month old kittens!

I have two 3 month old kittens. I took them to the aspca to be fixed and now its 3 days they wont eat. Im force feeding them a mixture of water n baby food through a syringe and the vet gave me CERENIA but they are throwing up foam.... Is there anything else i can do???

You urgently need to get your kittens to the vet..  They need to be seen asap.

Connor and Murphy didn't eat much the day after being neutered but after that, they were fine and Mickey was neutered yesterday morning and eating by evening.  So something is definitely wrong.  Get them to a vet asap.  I would guess it's a reaction to the anesthesia, but I'm no vet.
