what is this on my cat's skin.

a few days ago I noticed a couple of red "dots" on my cat's back. they are getting bigger.

any ideas what it is?

Is it a scab? Either way, you should see a vet. That looks uncomfortable.

I'm really unsure what this is, @omtamimi. I do think it needs to be looked at by a vet, especially since they're enlarging.
