Barbara the cat needs help

Hi there.  Owner surrendered his cat to me because he doesn't want to pay vet bills!  This cat who didn't even have a name has been living in the roof of the owner's garage her whole life.  She has never received love or attention.  I really want to help her, but she needs dental surgery that I cannot afford.  Once the surgery is done I will Love her and care for her properly!

Can anyone please help?  Even $20 helps.
