Need help with three week-old kitten

I saved a kitten from being eaten and I think he's sick I don't know what to do he looks about 3 weeks old but I don't know what to do I love my baby and I think he has worms

He won't eat or even get up he just lays there it's been a whole day since I seen him eat

Take the kitten to a vet ASAP.

What are you trying to feed it? I don't know what is in that glass, but it's too small from him to drink from. You need a saucer. But I think you're going to have to syringe feed  him a product called Kitten Milk Replacement (KMR).

You need to be syringe feeding this kitten every hour. Small amounts at a time. The kitten needs a heating or under half of its bed on low. Milk must also be warm when you feed. You can use kitten milk replacer or goat milk, never cow milk.

Feed tummy down and head slightly raised. One drop at a time into the cheek. Then let swallow.

You will also need to help the kitten go to the bathroom. Stimulate its genitals with a damp cotton ball or cloth directly before and after feeding.

This kitten also needs to go a vet as soon as possible. It looks very, very sick.

You can smear a little glucose, light karo syrup or watery honey on the kittens gums or lips just before feeding to give a boost of energy so s/he has the energy to eat.

How is it going?  Is he still with us??

You got some good advices.  There is more to do, but we do need tight incoming reports to guide you.  And forgive me for saying this, if he is gone, you dont need no guidance...

Judging from this pic, and his well developed ears, he is older than 3 weeks, he is at least four.. May even be an undernourished 6 weeks...

I bought it a feeding bottle but he didnt make it thru the night I'm so heart broken I had him wrapped up in a baby blanket I don't know what happened but I held him till he passed and we said a prayer for my lil po

Stephanie, you did your best for him, but it was too late. He is in a better place now.

I'm so sorry the kitten didn't make it @Stephanieg1101  You tried your best. At least he had someone to hold him while he passed.
