We took in a 8 week old kitten about a week and a half ago. So shes about 10 weeks now.

Since we got her we have taken her for her 1st shot, deworming, and a physical. That was about a week ago.

Since we have gotten her she has had very soft stools. She also farts and sneezes alot! Sometimes she will sneeze which triggers a fart, which sometimes results in her pooping alittle!

I have also noticed her breathing thru her mouth quite a bit!

She frequently goes to the bathroom and eats quite a bit! Mainly wet food and we leave dry out just in case she gets really hungry (Generally she doesn't eat it).

The vet also gave us cream  to put on its but since it was alittle swollen.

Please Help!

Did the vet mention anything about the breathing through the mouth? It sounds like a possible upper respiratory infection. Additionally if the first vaccine was given in the nose as a liquid then it can be common for some mild sneezing afterwards since that is a modified live virus vaccine. The open mouth breathing is concerning though and I would definitely call your vet about that.

Was a stool test done at any point. Giardia likes to hide and can be hard to find even when you are looking for it. That can cause some pretty bad diarrhea and isnt killed by the usual dewormers. Panacur and metronidazole are usually prescribed. If your kitten doesn't improve it really needs to see the vet again. Little guys can get dehydrated so quickly and easily.
