I think it was an accident but we had a kitten accidentally turn on a bath faucet handle.  It was slow so there wasn't much water in the tub when I found it though.  I'm trying to figure out what would be a good way to prevent it from happening again.  This is the room we're using to help with introductions and I don't have another room available to use for this.  The handles aren't in the wall but sitting on a corner of the bath itself.

I am assuming you have curtains and not a sliding door to the tub. Can you post a picture of the bath faucet? Its one of those questions that the set up of the area is important in figuring out a way.

Without that, maybe a small shoe box or something over it so the kitten can't grab the handle itself? If it's two handles, bungee cords or ties to each other or something above so the kitty can't pull it down?
