And he is shivering constantly, it's about 55 degrees outside and maybe 65ish indoors and his brother isn't having any problems (although he does have quite long fur) and I'm really worried about him.
Last year he didn't really have this problems and he was only a few months old then, so why is he only cold now? Other than shivering and crawling under blankets constantly, he isn't showing any signs of being sick or anything, so is there anything you guys recommend?
Currently I've been putting him in his shirts when he drags them to me and cuddling him so here's a picture purely because he is super cute!

Has he seen a vet recently? Any changes in the household? Anyone take up a new job, home less often? Sometimes it's not being cold but they'll shiver when they're scared or in pain. Might want to make an appointment eventually. It's probably nothing because cats, like people, are all unique and different and have little quirks and stuff. But it's always better in the longrun to ask a professional. Kitty might only be beginning to show symptoms of something now

Hope he's okay! And he's super cute in that shirt

He has an appointment for Sunday in a few days, for shots and stuff where I'm planning on asking them if there might be anything medical causing it.
And lots of things are changing in the house, one person who was constantly home has moved out, but she left a bunch of months ago, and he hasn't seemed to upset by it, but he might be. :/
I do know that he has something akin to anxiety, so now that you've mentioned it, it might be that, I really appreciate your reply!
And yes, he is quite a cutie in his shirt! C:

I would consult your vet on it to be sure there isn't anything going on.  Mooch always burrows into the blanket we keep on the couch for the first few cold nights of the fall.  She doesn't do it all winter; but those first few its like she needs to adjust to the temperature changes.  The rest of the cool season she will sleep on top of those blankets.  I've never seen her shiver though.  She also has a heated bed now.  This is the 2nd one we've had and both my girls love them!  Mooch hasn't wanted to leave her bed today!
