Hi folks,

I've been a member of this site for some time but I'm very new to cat ownership. I've got a 1yr old male Devon & I'm getting another 2yr old female in a few weeks. I'm just after a bit of advice in how best to introduce the two. I've only had my Devon for 3 months.

Thank you roguethecat that has been really helpful. My cat is really chilled & so is the other cat so the introduction process could be quite easy, fingers crossed

Hi everyone,
Well I've got my new devon to add to my home. My male devon has been with me for 4 months now & ive just picked up a female called mew, my boys called scribbles (Scribs). I've just got her home today, Scribs welcomed her really well straight away & just wanted to play but she just hissed at him so I've put her in the spare room that I have made up for her so she can come to terms with her new home. I can't believe the meet went that well straight away, I'm shocked because I thought Scribs would be more aggressive towards mew but no, he's just taken it in his stride. Such a good boy.
Mew with her baby.
