My cat was diagnosed with HL, I can't afford to hospitalize her. The doctor is optimistic she will pull through with rapid feedings. She was doing great with her forced feedings every 4-6 hours. It's day 1, after the 5th feeding she started vomiting what I fed her. I'm at a loss, do I wait a few hours and keep feeding, even though she's vomiting what I put in?
I waited 2 hours after the first feed and vomit. I fed slower and smaller amounts at a time, she still vomited. The doctor didn't send us home with a nausea medication, and the nearest vet is 1.5 hours away. What can I do for her? Keep feeding?
She's awake, alert, purring. She's still cleans herself and has used the litter box 3 times.
Please help.
