Hello all

I work at a PetValu and have heard that they are planning on revamping their lines of wet cat food. I don't know exactly when but the one thing I do know is that they are removing carageenan!

I hope they remove gums altogether, although I would not mind them using agar-agar or guar gum (just because my cat seems to do ok with guar). Also potato,

I currently feed my cat Purina pro plan. A pet valu opened up near me and was giving out free samples of the ultra limited. My cat goes crazy for the sweet potato and chicken formula. I've done some research and was thinking about earthborn primate feline. He has had a sample of it and will eat it but the pieces are very small. I want to make sure he is getting all of his nutrition in. Should I feed him both?

Dont bother with the Performatrin Ultra LID foods. They are very starchy and only suitable for pets with sensitive tummies or food allergies.

Next time you go to PetValu, ask for a free sample of the Performatrin Ultra Grain Free Cat food (turkey, duck, and salmon) and see if your cat likes it. It's much better than the LID.

Are you feeding any wet food at all?

I feed some wet food but usually just pukes it right up unless I just give a little at a time. I have him on the Purina proplan sensitive stomach formula. I'll try the one you mentioned.
