advice please.

hi my kitten recently had a vaccination 9 days ago he was fine the first day but this past week he's been sneezing, coughing, feverish, runny nose and he's off his food and water etc. i've got a vet appointment tomorrow but i wanted some information on why he's become so ill after the vaccination? it sounds like an URI but i'm not sure. so was posting here for some advice and what it could be.

It does sound like a URI. He probably caught it from the vet's office, or he's a carrier already and the stress of going to the vet for vaccinations triggered it.
