Found a non bleach enzyme cleaner which has proven to work and smell better than the original one we had used.. Great as pillows and cushions are not stained.. We have covers over all pillows and the sofa so throwing them in the wash is no problem!! Thanks!! Lots of different advice on food amounts i just go on their meows and how much they follow me.. Around six to eight morsels on saucers daily.. Little one has learnt if he eats faster his brother wont get any.. Ive always supervised eating as i believe one was the runt and the other the dominant eater.. His eating pace is insane.. Great to monitor their weight.
My aim is to get them both to 1kg together. Even though Terrence's paws and head are quite sizable compared to little Phillip.. Terrence always sleeps on top and he does groom his little buddy loads.. He is unaware of his weight advantage.
Will find some goats milk today.. I hate it myself would it need sweetening? Ive watered their milk down. One for hydration two to stretch the milk out further..
Just lost two kittens... Where were they? In the food cuboard!!
Its magnetically sealed!!! They know exactly where the food is!!
As Norachan said, the goat milk doesnt need no sweetening. Excessive sweetening is even more harmful for cats than humans.  That said, sometimes its wise to use glucose sugar when in dire need.  A nice and quick energy giver, which comes into blood already in the mouth, doesnt need to be digested.  If yyou dont have real glucose sugar, you can use honey or thick honey water.  Half of honey IS glucose sugar...   Essentially the same tip for humans.   :)

What it is for milk you DO use at this moment?  Cow milk?  Goats milk is safer and easier to digest.  You can dilute goats milk too  if you need to, but the nourishent value is best when the goat milk is as it is.  If you used Whiskas treeat milk, swicht simply to goats milk - cheaper and much better nourishment.

If you cant get goats milk at all, you can try with a mild full fat unsweetened plain

Good to hear they are growing so nicely, an have such an excellent appetite, but both are indicies they WERE undernourished earlier,  but they survived, and apparently the intincts advise them how to fight for life and survival - what a beautiful illustration to this you are giving...

I would go with holding the runt and feeding homemade liver and blender food will boiled liver no onions no garlic and then cooked in the blender and mix that with cat food it's very high-quality very nutrient dense and it will help him put on weight if you can hold the younger one for the first few minutes while he eats and then if the bigger one is being good hand him his plate and always feed the runt higher up because it makes him then higher in the hierarchy and then the other cat will respect him more and leave his food alone... and you usually start with shots around the time that they start to get weaned which is generally between four and eight weeks excuse me between 6 and 8 weeks and then that happens three times and they get wormed the same three times except for rabies is only once make sure you're offering them heat because that will help them digest their food better The Grouchy one needs to talk that he doesn't get good things until his behavior changes and I have trained my cats like I have trained my dogs so if you've ever had dogs you be good you get a cookie you be good you get a cookie you be good you get a cookie all day long you go potty in the right spot you get a cookie the best thing to get the smell of cat urine out is in the washer with a cup to two cups of baking soda and laundry soap and that will usually get rid of the smell if that does not then you need to go get something from the pet store like Nature's remedy that has something in it there enzymes that actually eat what causes the smell to stay there which is what causes cat to pee there and then you clean it but you don't get all the enzyme so then can be places his scent there and then you clean it and then it starts over to Circle because they can now smell work at be went and it just keeps going in a circle so if you can't get them to stop peeing in a specific spot stop letting them go to that specific spot for a while there are different things you can use aluminum foil tends to work pretty well sodas something that is Citrus scented or they have this weird upside down tape stuff or double-sided tape stuff that I have not tried but I heard works really well from other people and then by the time you get them completely going in the litter box you shouldn't have to worry about it try more litter boxes different kinds of litter different kinds of litter boxes some cats like the litter box with the lid some cats hate that some cats like bigger deeper litter boxes some cats like shallower longer litter boxes and just because they might be from the same litter does that mean they will like the same thing unfortunately so just try various sayings put even if it's gross a litter box right on the floor near where they're going on your furniture and that can then slowly be moved so that it's somewhere you would prefer it to be...

Wow amazing info thanks!!
We have a new deeper litter tray that is being used well.. Moved one closer to sofa as they have a bed next to it or use sofa at night.. This in two days has stopped the pees.. Ive also told them after food its poos and wees time and the little fella is doing exactly that.. Funny last feed i fed the little one higher up before reading these messages. For sure they were both underweight and that fight or die over food was strong.. I will for sure feed the little one higher from now on..
Milk was Whiskers kitten milk only thing in shop which i dilute half half with water.. They do sip from their water bowl but for hydration i keep it diluted.. Great tip in the liver.. Will try that this week.. off to shops tomorrow again. We live in the mountains here.. Not so remote but choices are limited.
I heard Japan has cat islands with full colonies of ferals.
The big cat Terrence is quite the hunter i had to save a wasp from him today saving himself too. Amazing skills.. Think the little one latched onto him in the barn where they were found but he was so tiny it was a wonder he survived. His big brother has in play bitten him.. i watch closely and if little Phil yelps i intervene. Tell the big one off.. Most times Phil has a go back and the last few days his weight gain and speed has increased.
Its like a feather weight fighting a heavy weight at MMA.
Big one loves to get the fuss more thats for sure. Markings the same personality opposite. When im play fighting tickling bellies big one is a bit rough.. huge paws gets his claws in. Little one nibbles on me with no claws..

Please really watch the whiskers and the other milk like boxes and cans from the grocery store because they frequently are just regular cow's milk or diluted regular cow's milk and you're much better off with goat's milk because it's much less of an irritant to their stomach and it has more nutrient dense stuff and that kind of thing and cats are obligate carnivores so you would be better with something like chicken or beef if you're just trying to get a little flavor so that they drink it more and the baby food that's in chicken or beef or if you do the blender liver then a little bit of that is going to draw them to it if you leave it really suit me and it can sit out longer and then the next of kin but last time I checked the Whiskas 6 pack boxes that look almost like fuse boxes with cows milk a couple of vitamins and that was it and it can cause diarrhea really fast so even though it's a cat product please be careful I know it doesn't sound normal that they would put something that irritates more cats than not in a cat product but they do but it sounds like you're doing great feel free to write any time I am sorry I cannot currently punctuate and stuff I am in the hospital and having to go with just talk to text and when I asked for punctuation sometimes I get a punctuation mark sometimes I get the word But whichever one I get I need the opposite so it gets very difficult and I just don't have it in me right now to go through that frustration but it really does sound like everything you're doing is great I would give them names one and two big and little I had dogs when I was younger and we called them greater than oh no greater and lesser like the greater than and less than signs used in that kind of thing cuz I understand not wanting to get attached my cat had 4 and his litter and they were named gray gray and white black and white and mixed so I definitely understand if that's what your goal is but to communicate about them it is easier it's also good if you get them like a breakaway collar from a dollar store with the color and then you can just call them by that color or something along those lines but it sounds like your instincts are right on and that you're doing great because I had to go with my instincts but while you're in town make sure you get as many free oral syringes is they will give you just in case the last forever especially the ones that are individually wrapped if you get ones that are not already individually wrapped just go ahead and put them in a ziplock bag Marc new cuz they are wash and reusable depending upon what you want to reuse it for so that's what I personally do the little jars of meat for the baby food it's so expensive it's like a dollar each and you get like almost none for their kittens so they eat almost nothing so that's okay for now the other thing that I do when I need to start stretching out the goat's milk and I want to get them over to just cat food is soaked overnight in a little bit of water and a little bit of goat's milk the dry kitten food and then the next day I throw it in the blender and then I pour this to pee like substance either in with the wet cat food or a bowl by itself or something along those lines cats need a lot less water than people think that they need if you feed cats a predominantly what diet like almost no dry food then they get 80% of the water that they need simply from eating so if you're doing mostly wet food I wouldn't worry about liquids a lot I mean always leave it out never deprive them of water for sure but the salt baking soda little bit of sugar makes the homemade Pedialyte is tastes almost like nothing and only needs to be rinsed out like every day and a half and you need to wash the bowl out everyday anyway because of the flying that can grow on the bottom of the balls that can then give them what is the equivalent of something they call hikers diarrhea so it's cheap especially if you have a Sam's Membership for like $4 you can get over 5 pounds of baking soda and I think you need a teaspoon at a time and remember that cats like low shallow bowls for the most part because they don't like their whiskers to touch the edge of the Bulls and then you're in good shape one thing that helped me is when I go out to dinner I get those little dishes that they use for sides like sour cream or whatever and I asked if I can take that home in my to-go box and I've never been told no and they work so great for little kittens and big cats so they're pretty good and I like the price but when I'm walking on a leash or anything like that I make sure I have a harness especially if I'm outside because then it would dog comes I can just wrap the leash around my hand and yank the catch up hi in my arms and I don't have to worry about choking it or anything or the Breakaway leash breaking away and that makes me the most comfortable if you're ever going to do anything like that my little guy he has shoes and a couple different harnesses and leashes he's a little bit spoiled but he also believes that he is a dog I will try to post a picture of him and his dog walking on the leashes before he started wearing shoes best of luck to you write anytime

Teerence is the big terror haha and Phillip is little Phil the chill.
Have been crushing and soaking the dry food and mixing with wet.. pound for pound real meat is cheaper. Off to the shops today to get some chicken and liver for them and introduce into the wet food. They are both fully eating out of saucers now.. little coffee expresso saucers.. they are getting quicker and quicker by the day.. as i write this after a feed they ate chasing each other over and around me..then they snuggle in my lap for a warm snooze normally for an hour.. its a bugger if i need the toilet as i cant bare to disturb them!! Very different head shapes and names i can tell them apart easily.. even by the sound of their paws on the floor in the dark.. Big one is alot heavier so i know whos jumping.. Hopefully they will love the goats milk and real meat.. firstly this has got to be healthier than corporate food.. same with humans. Home grown home made is the best!!
Choices in Slovakia are limited in the countryside.. We also had our first frost here and winter goes down to minus 35 in the extreme. Normally minus 5 in day.. to minus 10 at night.. i really doubt they would have made winter.. Ive got cat towels now available on our radiators with a new cat scratch perch..
Their play and chase antics are hilarious.. im now wondering if the apartment below is wondering whats going on! I thought being feral they would be scatty cats but quite the opposite!! Very loving can touch stroke anywhere and moving sleeping kittens like babies.. ( we have no kids ) im still a child myself really. I moved to Slovakia last year after five years of beung here for winter and summer sports seasons.. i was a pro snowboarder but i broke my spine this summer so that's the end of that!!
I lived with a persian while healing in the UK she was amazing and also a stray!! So vocal and loving.
It was a local girls grandma who had seen them in her shed.. we investigated asked questions and she said she didnt care nor wanted them. Many animals are just left outside ive seen this for five years here in Slovakia it breaks my heart.. ive never had pets but i wouldn't treat them like that.. So here we are with two crazy kittens!! Still wreastling on the sofa around me.
Little Phil is sticking up for himself more and more..

Thank you for you time and wisdom.
I hope you heal soon and get out of hospital. I know full well how texting in hospital is difficult.

Just a note that you can't feed meat and liver as a full diet. If you cook for your cat or feed your own raw, you need to add a supplement like u-stew that covers all nutritional needs. Otherwise, you are lacking crucial diet elements like taurine.

Cat food that is produced is formulated to cover nutritional needs.

Thanks Talking Peanut!!

Just back from shops with goats milk and some chicken liver..

So would it be best to boil up shred the liver and mix it equally with the wet and dry crushed food?
As in third of each? We were splitting the wet and dry equally fifty fifty.. or maybe just a tiny bit in? How long would you boil the liver for?
My mum made liver.. When i grew up i swore never to eat it again.. Have not bought or cooked with it in iver twenty years!!
Also bought new dry food for them today Ontario kitten and another enclosed litter tray and a soft tipped brush.
Boys have had more spent on them than us in a month haha

Happy cat loving!!!

I am from eveeywhere!! My wife is Canadian. I was born in Zimbabwe and i also grew up in Holland. Lived in UK joined military. Travelled the world doing sports and after three years in Sydney Australia i came back to the UK.. Wasnt happy so disappeared into the Slovak mountains as a pro snowboarder. In all this time ive never been settled to get a pet.. Now ive bought an apartment here i have the time and space for them.
We were not going to go to a breeder or pet store. My wife said let the animals choose us..
When we saw them they came to us so easily i was shocked and then my heart melted. No way would i let them go through a winter here!!

To now... Zonked out after food and a play..

Growth gained weight has been Terry big cat 150 grams
Little Phil just over 200 grams..

Id like to see them both at 1kg equally...

Since ive fed the little one up on the table he has time and a calmer eating environment and big Terry can not get to him.
Cat psychology is interesting..

The baby is so polite.. waits for food to be put down.. leaves a bit at end..

Big cat is doing flips to claw my arms down as if he has never been fed at all.. Finishes his food in half the time.. We rwally had to watch him.

I'm very protective of the small one Phil.. He is way more intelligent i can tell..
Big one is just brave.. When we eat he scales my legs my hooded top to my shoulder and down my arm looking to pinch my food!!! Even after he has eaten!!

Goats milk went down a treat today..
Mixed cooked liver and chicken into wet and dry food and that was chomped by Big Terry.. Little Phil sniffed sniffed looked at his big brother then politely chewed and ate it..

A cat will never go to a bad person. That's why it was easy.
