My 1 year old cat pukes after I feed her unless I only feed her very very small amounts. The food that comes up isn't digested and it's usually a pretty small amount. Regardless I feel like it's not something that should be happening. I recently had to switch her back onto dry because she was constipated. Since switching back to dry she didn't puke once. Now I'm in the process of going back onto raw and I fed her 1/2oz and I found a small amount of regurgitation on my floor shortly after. I also have a 5 month old kitten that I'm doing the same thing with and he has never puked/regurgitated. What is going on!?

What raw are you feeding? Is she eating too fast aka scarf and barf? How many times a day are you feeding her?

The raw food I've made is chicken thighs, chicken thigh bones, chicken hearts, chicken livers, egg yolks, and an assortment of supplements I've followed this recipie very closely http://feline-nutrition.org/nutrition/making-raw-cat-food-for-do-it-yourselfers . I used all fresh meat. It very well could be that she's eating too fast but I only gave her 1/2oz to start back on it and she puked some of it up. What I was doing before was spreading it around on the plate so she couldn't eat it all so fast and feeding her in a separate room. I'll have to go back to doing that but even then I can only give he about 1/2oz at a time without her puking. I was feeding them 4-5 times a day but that's still only 2 1/2 oz max for her.

Does he have any hairball issues? My cat vomits food when he's fighting off hairballs. You just may need to ease back into it by doing exactly what you're doing, feeding small meals and spreading it across the plate so she doesn't inhale it so fast.

Try warming the food?  It could be that your cat just can't tolerate cold food.  Also could he simply be eating too fast?  Try putting some clean rocks, golf balls, or small upside bowls in the dish to slow him down.

A mechanical obstruction from a hairball seems less likely, if your cat has no problem with dry food.  If it's an obstruction though, at one year of age I'd be more worried about a foreign object.
