So in short, I just adopted 2 cats. I put them in a same place. They both hiding; I know they need to know their new place. But, the problem is one cat won't eat, drink and pee on itself. The other cat doing fine, eat, drink, pee&poop in the litter box. Should I go to the vet?

Yes, you should go to the vet. Where did you get the cats from? How old are they? How long have you had them?

Yes, its alarming, so get a vet visit, as said above.  Or you perhaps had even been there in this moment?

Its not that unusual new cats do hide even 48 hours, not eating drinking nor using the litter.  They seems to being able to hold themslves being there under the sofa and hiding.

But as you hint it seems as something else.

Be sure the cat is warm and comfy (including heat pad),  try to entice it to drink at least.... Goats milk or kmr is good, easy to digest and nourishing.

I got it from a shelter, both of them. I just got it for 1 day. they both 7 months old.

For update, the cat just eat a little can food when I offer it. but just a little then leave it.
