You should really get them to a vet.

Do they have a mom?

Fleas literally suck kittens empty. They are probably very anemic and it will kill them if not helped in time. Please go to a vet instantly, every minute counts. Tho, I'm afraid it will be too late for the really sick one, please try to save the other.

A vet whom is experienced with kittens, or if you know some experienced rescuer, is your best bet.

Home care basics:  Keep them warm, ie a heat pad or similiar is a most.  You can also carry them at your chest.

Take off the fleas as well you can.  We dont recommend bathing small kittens, but if its necessary to get rid of the flea infestation, so it is.  Bathe in dawn soap + warm but not hot water.  If you dont have dawn, almost any mild liquid soap should do.  Be very sure the kittens doesnt get chilled off during the bath nor afterwards.  No draugt, warm and comfortable, and a heat pad.  (rice in a sock, warmed up in micro, usually 5 minutes, makes a good heatling pad).

What are you hand feeding them with?  and how do you do it? Because hand feeding is necessary.   Some good kmr OR goats milk is recommended - even if they are a little older.   be sure they got enough with fluids.  You can add a little honey in the water.

IF they have diarrhea, you need to give them extra salts and glucose sugar.  The easiest way to do it, is to give them clear flavorless baby pedialyte.

Otherwise you can make your own pedialyte.   Salt and honey in water...  Or better still, minerale water from bottle (look at the label , you will see there are several different salts) and you add some honey... stir by warming up, give at body temperature...

Please report back, and or come with new questions.

Tx for caring, and good luck!
