Hi i am new to this site and had a few questions

First off my cat got pregnant i believe August 10 2016 well i looked up online to find out around when she would be due and it told me 10/14/2016. Today i noticed her belly was quite smaller in size compared to before( babies have been very active lately seeing them move in stomach ). I'm not sure if i should be worried or not. Also im worried because she hasn't found a place to have them. I made her a spacious nesting box and put it in a room no one goes in because i have little ones and i know they will cause her to stress but she doesn't seem to want to go in there. Only when i call her in the room and tell her " come on baby " she'll get in.

any advice would be helpful.

I've never owned a cat that has become pregnant so im pretty new to this.

Its OK!  She has "dropped" that is why she looks smaller.  Her babies are readying themselves into the birthing channel, and its exactly along your expectations.

Its common they dont take their prepared nest until the last moments, or even after.  In nature, they dont want to get their nest become smelly or flea infested too early.

But its very good she KNOWS there is a nest ready for her.

Rub her tummy if she wishes...  Get home a scale, and some goats milk or kitten mothermilk replacement, to be extra prepared...

And read on, we do have several articles here on this Forum, and also, lotsa of treads...

Good luck!
