I used to be 5'7" Now I'm 5'6". I'm shrinking. We do that with age. I wonder if yogy and tai chi would stop that?

I was measured yesterday. I am 5 ft. 1-7/8 inches. I used to be nearly 5 ft 4 inches. Spinal stenosis and osteoporosis have collapsed my spine.
