Searching for a "home" is hard....

Today I spent the day with my realtor looking at condo after condo..some were "nicer" than others...but none of them felt like "home"...sigh. The prices in this area are just soo expensive.

I'm sorry sweetie! I know exactly what you mean--I work for a real estate company and I know that realtors have spent weeks with clients....but....until you feel like you are at home...keep looking! Don't give up!

Thanks Candie...my realtor is great...she said..well, we have found out some good information. We have discovered that I MUST HAVE LIGHT (I have been renting a condo on the "dark side" so to speak). I must have an assigned parking space or a garage, I prefer "newer" built condos to older condos...I am not all that fond of balconys as they seem like easy targets for my indoor only cats to use to get outdoors. I'm just bummed because prices have skyrocketed.

Prices are so high right now. I work in realestate and look at different houses all the time. Every once in a while I will see a place that just feels like home! But so far nothing I like better then where I am.

It kinda stinks because last year a condo in my building came up for sale and it was on the sunny side...but I just didn't like my realtor at the time. I'm still kicking myself over that one...because now the condos are $50,000 more than last year.
