For a baby kitten like Jacque, non-clumping or pellet litter is actually best. This is to prevent issues if the litter is ingested.

As for choices when Jacque gets a little older...
Some of my vets actually love the Breeze System. Primarily because you are able to monitor the cat's urine color. This helps in detecting urinary issues early.
With that said, I have certainly found the Breeze System lacking in odor control when it comes to poop...

Personally, I use a fragrence-free clumping clay litter. I'm *still* looking for the "perfect" clay litter, but just don't think it exists for me. I use a brand made by a local holistic pet store and it is the best I have found. Clumps hard, decent odor control, light tracking...the dust, though, is more than I'd like.

Several members here use Dr. Elsy's that comes in the blue bag. The litter itself is heavy IMO and it just didn't work well in my multi-cat home.
