One advice is to find her fosterlings, especielly if she is a good mother and is healthy.  Contacting shelters and vets around...

But if the other cat ate the first "batch", he may attack the second "batch" too...Ie litter.   You must solve this problem before you try again.

So I would recomment to spay her asap  (the second one cat too if he isnt spayed yet), and give her your sympathy and human neareness and friendly comfort.  A Feliway adapter may help too.

Are you sure the other cat ate the kittens?  This is not common!  It happens toms from the outside may kill the kittens - typically by shaking them to death, but eating them is rare. And toms knowing mom are also rather harmless...

Sorry for your loss :(. Usually the critters that eat kittens are weasels/mink/fishers. That is, if any bodies were left behind. Very few other predators will leave the carcass, but will carry them off. So unless you saw another cat do it, it was probably a weasel-type animal.

Anyway, if the cat is outside and there are predators around, this will happen to any kittens she has in the future as well. It would be best to have her spayed, but if she does get pregnant again, it's better to raise the kittens indoors if you don't want to lose them.
