Hello! My momma cat Olivia had kittens about 8 months ago. At about 3 months she quit feeding her three kittens. We still have two of them and today I caught one of them suckling on her. I picked her up and there is milk coming out of her nipples again!! She's is 100% not pregnant, and I'm sure her milk dried up months ago but is now back. What could be happening!?

Is she spayed?

If not, it may be as a result of her hormones.

It may be so the grown kittens isnt nursing because there is milk, but its the other way around - he nursed, and stimulated her hormon production...

The professional  nursing moms of old times didnt not always had own childrens, the milk production was upheld and kept because of the demand...  Why, we know even some males can produce milk - not common but it happens...

So, either be sure the kittens does not nurse (possibly ask you vet if there is some useful hormon shots) -

OR if she was a good mommy, and you can imagine to be a foster of motherless kittens, perhaps cooperating with some shelter nearby, or some group of breeders - consider on taking in motherless kittens for fostering....

No big deal really. If she doesn't want the kittens to nurse , she'll stop them. Any nursing stimulation will induce milk production. If she's not spayed yet she may be having a false pregnancy.
