Maybe they're just not quite ready. Keep trying, but keep giving them the milk. Like, offer them a bit of soft food, then give them milk if they refuse. It may just take time. They're still young.

What happened to your kittens' mom?

Are they exactly six weeks old?

Have you tried a slurry of kitten milk and human baby food? Use your finger at first until they lap it themself (dip your finger in it and offer the finger to suck, then move finger closer to bowl until they figure out its from the bowl). Once they go for that you mix in wet kitten food, then reduce kitten milk/baby food mix until its straight kitten food. Took us about 3 days to wean Fury off kitten milk doing that.

Just be sure its a meat baby food with no spices (especially onion and garlic). I think we used an organic one that was just meat, water and broth. I think it is stage 1 baby food, whichever is in the tiny tiny jars and chicken was the one we were told to get.
