Pet Insurance Recommendations: Please suggest

Mia had her spaying done this Monday and seems to have recovered well, though she hates that cone. Going forward, I am exploring pet insurance options to plan for her medical future. I have heard good things about Embrace, but their basic plan does not cover annual wellness visits and the higher end plan (which covers wellness) is not enough bang for the buck. Those of you who have pet insurance, what are you recommendations? She is still a kitten, but I want to make sure she is covered adequately.

I am going to follow this thread as well.  I got a quote from one company online and it was as high as my medical insurance premiums per month!  I nearly fainted!
