I just picked up a new Dollar Tree wand for Hecate and Hades. Both of them love it, (wands being their favorite), but Hades doesn't want to let Hecate play. She's the smaller of the two and Hades likes to throw his weight around. Should I get a second wand so they can both play?

We have 3-4 wand toys.  Sometimes I'll have one toy and three cats playing with it at once, sometimes hubby and I will each have a toy and the cats will play separately.

How did you work it out?

I would. :) Especially for just a dollar. It is also often necessary to play with just one kitty in a separate room so they get equal chances to play with the toys. My cats each know who's toy is who's and have a couple toys that the take turns playing with as well.

Honestly, after detangling the wand for the second morning in a row, I've put the wand away in a drawer for now. I may get a second wand when we go out today. But, in the meantime, if Hades wants to be a brat, no one gets to play.
