I have a 19 lb. black tabby female.  She is 8 years old.  She has always been on dry food, but recently her weight has spiked.  I've tried giving her some wet food which she basically just licks the moisture off of, and she will not even touch raw foods.  She is and has always been a very inactive lap cat.  What are some suggestions as to how to get her to lose some weight ? and/or eat more wet/raw food ?

Has she been to the vet to determine a clean bill of health? And do you free feed dry? You could try to feed her wet food that is the same flavor of her dry food. :)

Yes her health is great and vet hasn't ever mentioned problem with her weight.  But she doesn't have a big frame and she has short legs too.  Everyone who comes by comments on her size, which I really never noticed it until I recently adopted and much smaller cat and GEEZ she looks huge now.  I was free feeding but recently cut her dry food back a ton, to which she just follows me from room to room and acts like she's mad at me.  She seems to enjoy the wet stuff but she just licks it until all the wetness is gone then returns to whining for her normal food.

Are you trying to feed wet with gravy? Because my cat just licks the gravy. Try feeding her pate style foods or friskies shreds. That may make a difference. :)

Good luck! Has she eaten dry all of her life? If that's the case it's going to be a battle to get her to eat just wet food. I'm sorry you're having issues with it, though. But as long as she is eating and healthy that's what matters. What kind of raw having you been trying with her?
