I have a 9 mth Kitten who does, on occasion, strange things.
Twice while playing she twisted herself with her legs above head kicked herself in the head, quite violently, then ran off and cowered in a corner and ran away from me for half a day.
Another time she came and slept next to me while I was lying down reading on my phone. She must of had a nightmare because she jumped up looked at me terrified and ran off, again, cowering in a corner.
Anyone else experience this?

Let's see, today she decided she was petrified of my foot.
She eats my hair, she spent 5 minutes licking my sock (while on my foot), she eats and poops out hair bands, she licks my ankles, refuses to be picked up and she catches and eats flies.
Weirdness never ends.

Haha! Oops, not so good to eat elastic bands!

How old is she now? Does she have a play mate or is she your only cat? Do have daily play sessions with her? How much time of the day/night does she spend alone?

Let's see a pic!

I don't know she's eaten the hair bands until she poops them out.

She's a year and an only child. My apartments not big so I'm not sure a second cat would work. Plus she's very possessive.

ATM I'm home a lot but that may change later.

Super cute!!!

If you're away more, even in a small apartment I would for sure get her a buddy. Cats can develop all sorts of problems if left alone. They could play together, sleep together, watch out the window together, be happy. Your cat sitting around, bored, lonely, wanting you to come home is not so great.

And for you it would be double the love of course!
