FeLV cat in Cleveland needs rescue

I volunteer with the Parma Animal Shelter.  Currently I am fostering a one year old healthy cat that is FeLV positive (confirmed with IFA).  Is there any place within a 100 mile radius that might be able to take her?  She is a wonderful cat.....

Unfortunately, this is not really a forum to look for a home for cats.  Since you volunteer at an Animal Shelter, don't they have all kinds of resources for adopting them out?
