chicken thighs

do you guys trim down the fat for thighs or leave it in 

I keep the fat but most of the time remove the skin, though occasionally use a bit of skin as well. 

I take off the skin off half of the thighs. I've been doing a lot of research and I've found that is what is suggested, or to take the skins off all of them if your cat is on the heavier side. Also it's highly reccomended to leave the fat as it contains essential nutrients for your cat.
