We have 3 cats.

One is very laid back and has no health issues and just goes with the flow.

The other two... Not so much

Our older boy has urinary tract problems that prompted us to go to raw food.  He does great now because it helps us get more moisture in his diet.

Our little girl is starting to have troubles.  She's on her third bladder infection in a year and we're waiting on tests from the vet. In the mean time he suggests a change in diet.  Urinary health kibbles and maybe friskies wet food too.  The Tech says that it has more digestible protein than other foods.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to change and/or combine foods for everyone.   We feed them three times a day. Raw breakfast and dinner. Kibbles later in the evening as a small before bed snack.  We've changed out kibbles to urinary health Purina One with no troubles.

We're weighing options. Getting rid of the raw and going to canned and kibbles or reducing the raw and making up for it with canned food and kibbles.  The older boy really does much better with the extra moisture he gets from the raw (It's a freeze dried one that we add water to)

I'd appreciate any insights.

Are you feeding all three cats raw? Or just the older one? I would feed all three raw and ditch the kibble before doing anything else. You can supplement with grain free canned as a snack or to help with cost.

I'd also suggest getting a water fountain if you're having issues with them not getting enough water. I have this one and love it.

Yep.  All three eat the same thing. Our boy will not have it any other way. We don't know why he's so focused on food. He's never missed a meal in his life.  So they all get the same thing.  And then they play musical dishes.  If they have different things he will chase everyone out of their dish to see what they have.

So the little girl is having issues even with the raw diet.

We do have a fountain too. And they insist on water when they get brushed. (And they watch you brushing in the bathroom mirror because they know their pretty) But that has always been the case and the big boy needs more moisture than that.

UTI's are often fixed with just wet food, but if she's developing crystals it can get a bit trickier. I know you can choose to either feed the prescription diet (often for life) both kibble and canned wet (Hills do C/D, I think Royal Canin have a urinary wet food as well, I'm not sure about Purina, we only just got it in Australia in the last month or 2) or you can feed regular food and use medication to make her urine more acidic. That option involves constant testing and monitoring of her urine though to make sure you have the right dose and it's working etc.
