My husband brought home a kitten as a gift for me. I new with cats never owned one. I have no clue what breed or what is good food. May you please help

Looks like and orange and white domestic tabby to me. Best to feed it quality kitten food - a mix of wet and dry in separate bowls is the way to do it! Do a quick search on the forum for suggestions, but my two love the Royal Canin Babycat Instinctive and are growing rapidly and healthily.
Also, if you have not done it, book a vet visit for vaccines and a quick check up.
