Hello there! My kitten has an eye smaller than the other. I checked it and it seems to be fine. She still eats and go to the bathroom but I noticed she eats a bit less. She is 8 months old, fully vaccinated and spayed. Can it be that something went into her eyes?

Do you mean one PUPIL is smaller than the other?  Kind of like this?  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/241984/right-pupil-dilated-larger-than-left

Otherwise, if one EYE is actually bigger, as in it's swelling, you need to get her to the Vet, ASAP, because that could be really bad...I have no idea what it might be, but imagine if it were YOU eye swelling

Hi there! Thank you for your answer! No I didn't mean the pupil but the eyelids. Anyway, she was back to normal (eating, playing..) when I got back to work but I took her to the vet cause she was blinking on one eye. He said he sees everything's fine with her eyes. I need to wait a few days and if it gets worse I need to go back. He said to keep an eye on her cause sometimes illnesses don't show at a very early stage
