I have had 2 capture and release ferals for 6 months in my house. One has grown very fond of me, the other is slowly warming up but not enough to handle. We got them to be outside cats so after 5 months of being inside,we left them start wandering in our yard. Of course, the one we can't handle has an infection that she has torn open and I know she needs to see a vet. On top of that , we are leaving on vacation in 3 days. PLEASE advise what we need to do. Thank you.

You need t trap here as soon as possible and get her vetted. Is there a friend or relative (or rescue group) who can help you? With your vacation coming up, you're going to need someone who can this cat.
I there is a way you can get some antibiotics into her, that's going to help.
