Hi there I have a 5 year old bengal and he's alway been vocal but this last few weeks it's been getting really bad. I come in from work and he starts and it goes on for ages. I've tried playing but he loses interest. What can I do to reduce/stop it?

He has been neutered so I know it's nothing to do with that but am at a loss.

He needs a lot more stimulation.  Bengals are very bright and need to keep their minds entertained.  There are many interactive toys, some things that they can get food out of for instance.  You can cattify your house so there are many levels and he can watch what's giong on outside.  Google CATTIFICATION and you will get lots of ideas.  And if you don't yet have him a DaBird toy, that's a must have for burning off some of that energy.

Maybe he is trying to tell you something, like he is sick.  I'd take him to the vet for a check-up because excessive vocalization is a sign that something is wrong.  Don't wait until it turns into something that cannot be helped.

Otherwise, I have no advice for you.  Best of luck in any event.
