my name is jessica and my momma cats name is Meerkat and shes 11/2. she is currently on liter #2 and her first was a breeze for her but unfortunately when she tried moving them she accidentally killed one, it was horrible my poor furbaby looked for everywhere for days, but has recovered just fine is a very happy caring momma..with this second liter things seem to be much more problematic for her.. at , what I thought, was 62 days gestation she gave birth to 3very small obviously premature kittens but all are strong and eating like champs even though 2 of the 3 she needed help with since they came feet first and got stuck at their hips. (my assistance was nothing traumatic for momma or kitty and nothing past the birth itself)..after she gave birth she was still contracting and bearing down as if she were about to have another and after her attempt she would come get in my lap and roll to her back so that I would rub her belly so I would..she has always had her ways of letting me know what she wants and iv always been very in tune with her, she is my bestfriend I always say, she would move my hand to her to her pelvic area for me to gently message her..while loving and rubbing her belly I noticed that she still is carrying no less than 2 kittens and one was very low in her pelvic and seemed to be awkwardly turned and obviously stuck..I of course was scared for my furbaby and of course her babies but I continued to do as I was message her ..through the next 10 to 15 minutes she stretched in different positions and moved my hand around and eventually the kitten moved back up and her pain and labor completely stopped. ..I totally started freaking out and preying everything was going to be ok..I called the vet and had a vet tech friend check her out and they said the same thing..if she happy and content and shows no signs of infection or further complications lets wait and see....my lord I have still been freaking out ever aince and it has been 7days today!..all 3 kittens and Meerkat are perfectly fine and thebkittens shes carrying are avtive and seem to be just fine as if nothing were ever wrong..has anyone else experienced anything like this..if never had this happen and im "the crazy cat lady in training" as my husband would say..I love all animals and have 4cats and 4dogs and 1 bird..my animals are my babies and , not to sound crazy and anitsocial, but they r my friends but like I said Meerkat is my bestie and I need some reassurance my furbaby will be ok..*dramatically begging* please tell me im being perinoid and my Meerkat is a-okay!

Since she is not in distrees, she will probably go back into labor soon and deliver the remaining kittens, who will be full-term instead of premature.

Do you know exactly when and how many times she mated?

Are you a breeder? What kind of cat do you have?

It's impossible to say, but they all need to be together afterwards, of course.
