Hi all and greetings... I owned 2 Persian cats at home and the only thing i fed them is dry food from Royal Canine (RC)

Its a mixture of:

1) Royal Canine Persian

2) RC Hair and Skin

3) RC Sensible

I live in Brunei and the only thing best that we can find here is Royal Canine... Others are all unreliable brand such as Whiskas, Purina, Friskies and so on..

I know that relying on Dry food only is not good for my Persian's health.. Based from my homework.. it is also good to serve them wet food as well but not fish-based... and the cattery here suggested to serve this wet food maybe 2-3 times per week...

Then i surveyed around my place and only found few brands that served wet-food but not fish-based... Here are the list... mind you that in my country we cannot find the best brand available and here are the only ones that serve non-fish wetfood.... i really2 hope that you guys can decide for me which ones from the list is good for my cat... from the ingredients the proteins and other matters.. Thank you very much in advance :)

please select from the above list.. i really cant find others... my eye is on the organic lamb... well i dont know how good it is but it is Organic :)

Yes, organic products tend to be better than average.

I wonder, what is this various sugars?  I know some sugar are OK, for example this which is called for FOS, which techically is a sugar, but its a useful device here.

Glucose sugar is always OK, not at all the drawback as common table sugar, which tend to fatten us and them up.   Fructose isnt good by the same reason.

Can you get hold of goats milk?  This is always useful.   Eggs are good, boiled, scrambled...  If you dont have problems with salomonella in eggs, raw egg yolk is good, but careful with raw egg white.

Plain full fat mild youghurt is OK. Mild cheese is ok.

Btw,  some fish isnt that bad, so you dont need to completely avoid wet food with fish in.  Dont use it as main base, but unless you notice they are allergic to fish - this happens, you can give them some..

Ok Firstly - shuould i just stick this organic lamb? its gonna be their first wetfood though

Secondly.. i also dont knw what is that various sugars :S

Thirdly, i havent try serving them milk.. only water.. water that we drank.. and other than dry food that ive mentioned above.. they never ate anything

Fourthly, as for fish.. ok will take note of that but im scared reading ppl review how bad it can affect the cat as they are not fresh..

and finally.. what do u think? is it ok to serve them all the above? which organic as the best..? i really dont know but what do u think about the first one in orange? that is from another brand

All the labels are a little vague here but I think I like the first one (not Waitrose) best because it doesn't have those sugars. Most important,be sure that you're feeding mostly foods labeled "complete" rather than "complementary," as the last one is labeled. You want to be sure your cat is getting full nutrition!

Ok thank you very much for the feedbacks... so i guess i can stick with the frst one as the best and mybe organic lamb as second choice and get rid of the others... is this fair enough?
