Is my cat pregnant?

Hi there,
This is Luna we aren't sure on her age 100% but we think that she & her brother are just under 4 months old. We just got them spayed 2 days ago & for the procedure they shaved her belly & I looked at her nipples. Does it look like she is pregnant or are those just her nipples? They are about the same size as her brothers, just some of them are pinker than his. What do you think?

She can't be pregnant if she was spayed, but I doubt she was if she's only just four months.

They might be pinker because of being shaved . Some cats can get pregnant at 4 months but if she hasn't been around an older tom it's very very unlikely. Most males aren't fertile at 4 months. At any rate, if she was spayed she isn't pregnant now .
