Help I think my Cat Might Of licked his flea medicine

Hi all,

Today I bought 'beaphar' flea medicine I think it must of trickled but after i put it on my cat when loopy and salivating for a bit please help me i cant risk to lose another fur baby!!

Was it Fiprotec? If it was, it's the same chemical that is in Frontline Plus. There are several threads around about Frontline...try doing a search for the Frontline threads.

I'm pretty sure it's fipronil. I would call my vet to ask anyway. I hope your baby is better already!

The brand name is Beaphar FIPROtec: http://www.fiprotec.co.uk/product/fiprotec-spot-on-cat-kills-fleas

I recommend calling the vet and asking for advice. The after hours voicemail message for your vet may have a phone number of who to call for emergencies.
