Anybody have any bad experiences with temporarily moving the litter box from its usual location to another location for a short period of time, like, 12 hours or so?

Thanks,

I've often moved the location of the litter box, never any problems. My other cat is a stress peer, but she has never reacted to this.

If you can move it in slow degrees that is usually best. But as this is just a temporary move you should be fine, depending on the age and temperment of your cat. If she or he gets stressed out easily if you change the environment.

I've done it a few times for a number of hours, and have never had any trouble. I just make sure Jamie knows where it is.

I actually move the cats litter box quite regularly, depending if I am rearranging the house or not and the cats have never ever had a problem with it, I just show them where the new spot is and they go,,
