Traveler fellows

I was hoping someone here could help me again. Well, my partner and I are currently planning visit again Las Vegas and I was hoping to get some feedback from those who live there.

I’m planning a surprise, he is a photographer, and this trip I want him to be really happy. We are making a hole list of beautiful points that we can visit so he can take good shots of us, and our pets obviosly, not just casinos, kinda trying to save money, because we suppose to be there from Saturday to Friday. Buut, here is the thing, I got tickets for the EY Strategic Growth Forum in Palm Spring, and want to convince him to give us a couple more days.

I have been thinking in places in L.V., like Desert Breeze Dog Park, Red Rock Canyon and Sammy's L.A. Pastrami & Burgers. Is there anything we should be on the lookout for when we go in for a tour? Also, I don’t want to pay the high rates at airport parking. A friend told me about this off-airport parking  close to LV airport to leave our car, but wondering if those rates are fear over there? Or, do you know other option?
