So I took my kitten to the vet two days ago and they kindly glued together the top part of my kittens incision, since it was a little open, then left the scab there. This morning I woke up to a big circle of dried up blood and I don't know what to do or think. Please give me some opinions

It looks like she licked the glue off.  She may be one of those that needs an E-collar to keep her from licking her tummy.  Ask your vet about it in the morning. The only alternative is a belly band, and we have used those too.  An e-collar is annoying but will keep her from licking the incision long enough for it to heal.  I dont think she is in any danger from that much being open, but you really do need to call the vet.  Perhaps you could even email him/her that photo and see what they suggest.
