Tamme gave me a cold remedy to make up the other day in tuesdays thread.

I did it last night and was hammered!!

. It ended up my neighbour and i having three cups of it, but i slept well and feel tonnes better

I am on my way to give a mid-term exam to my Introductory Psychology class. So, while I'm having a good day, I think there are 100 college students out there who are pretty miserable.

After the exam, I am having lunch with a couple of friends then it will be one meeting after another all afternoon. sigh...

Mmmmmm....Hot Toddy...... We had a similar recipe in our family. Hot tea, little lemon, some honey and the whiskey. Dad always said even if it didn't really make you feel better, you just didn't care after a couple! LOL Glad you got a good night's sleep Susan.

Another day at work. This week is going by so slow for some reason! I just keep thinking, "Is it Friday yet??"

Renae your post made me laugh- those poor students mid-terms are always so nerve-shattering for me anyway.

It is raining here again and all the critters have been fed and are happy. Last night, one of them got into my stash drawer where I hide the cat gifts that merchants send me. They found a catnip filled pillow by Catnipetc.com and proceeded to get their catnip high in the middle of the night.

In the process they treated our living room like the Indy 500 racing up and down the drapes, and across my computer desk, scattering papers everywhere, while we slept blissfully unaware in the other room.

This morning it looked like a tornado had hit this place, and now my cats are exhausted, the pillow held up admirably, and I emailed Dave the owner of Catnipetc.com to thank him for turning my cats into weapons of mass destruction! LOL

The cats are a little loony at the moment. It started snowing at 7am this morning and its still snowing, unfortunately. We have about 3 inches right now.

The cats were so fascinated with it, staring at it thru the window and trying to catch it and so we let them out to see it for themselves. Peedoodle was unpertubed, but Kahu was so excited that when we brought them back inside, he ran around for a little while. He is still hyper right now.

Hope everyone else is warmer than we are!

Too funny. We need to take a poll sometime to study the correlation between the number of cats in a household and the ability to sleep thru a nuclear blast. I almost always sleep thru anything the cats throw me and chuckle at the folks whose cats keep them awake at night.

The week is dragging. Work, work, work during the day and play, play, play with furbabies at night.

I am having a pretty good day myself! TGIT! (hehe)! I am just happy because I don't have anymore classes this week. I have about 10 more minutes until lunch! I haven't figured out yet where I want to go! Might check out this store that a friend told me about--for my mom's bridal shower gift! I am getting my hair cut tonight and I'll be dying it tomorrow night! I am getting excited about that! 1 more week until my mom's shower! wOOt!
