Issue A:
Dobby started to eat yesterday.
Then I took him to the vet.
then the result came out as: dust blocked his nose LOL
so that he couldnt smell the food, which cause him to eat much less (and sneeze).
Except this, he is active and playful, sleeping well.

Issue B:
I brought Dobby's canned food (Weruva) to the vet
she suggested me to buy some canned food with higher calorie
(I am not sure if I should feed Dobby with higher/high calorie canned food)
best to be a kitten food, specially designed for kittens

So I want find a dustless litter (I am using Dr. Elsey's Litter now.)
and a good quality kitten canned food (Gluten free, least vege, grain free, non carrageenan or guar gum)

Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Are you in the US or another country? That would help members suggest brands of foods that you will be able to find locally.

Weruva is fine, IMO. It's labeled as "for all life stage". You just need to feed more of it to a kitten. You can keep Weruva in the food rotation with kitten food.

If you're in the US, Fancy Feast kitten formula is what many people feed. For something a bit healthier, try the Wellness kitten formulas, the Complete one and the CORE one. Blue Buffalo has several kitten formulas.

Here are some TCS threads with more suggestions on kitten canned foods:

I feed my cats and kittens (when they were kittens) Nature's Logic.  Good ingredients, no carrageenan and no bathroom issues or other issues since switching to it several years ago.  All cats are shiny, soft and have lots of energy.I rotate between the chicken and rabbit flavors (the two they like the best) to keep them from developing allergies to a particular protein.  Because I have several cats, I feed the large canned dog food version which is the same formula as the smaller, more expensive cat food cans.  I refrigerate any leftovers and nobody (7 cats) ever refuses to eat it.  You can contact the company for a free sample.

Merrick makes a kitten wet food too. As does Performatrin but it is limited to online and Pet Valu.
