Weird growths on my cats paws?

Hello everyone, ive had my cat, girl, for about a year now. Ive had her since she stopped suckling. I know she was some kind of in bred so it may just be a deformatiom from that but since i got her she gets these long hard pointy things growing off her paw pad. As you can see theyre excessively long. I mean theyre dried up and dont seem to hurt her if i touch them and she has had them fall off before but mow theyre back and longer than last time. I wanna clip them but dont know if thatd helurt her. Any reccomendstion on what to do? Or what they are? Like i said since thet dont bother her i havent brought her to the vet, i also just dont have the money to. Thank you for your time.
