moderator please?

How can I reach the moderator please?
I was very stressed and rushed and my cat became ill quickly, could you please erase all my comments, I started a few threads, or unlock it please and I will.
I can't have this appearing online, it's just too sad.

The quickest way to reach a moderator is to report the post or thread in question by clicking on the red flag at the bottom left of the post:

You can also scroll to the bottom of the forum page to see which moderators are assigned to that forum, click on one of the names, and send them a private message:
