This morning my cat seemed normal, except with a little green stuff in her eye. Tonight, she vomited yellow bile and is tired. She isn't eating tonight. I also noticed some brown vomit with food in it (i.e. Normal vomit) by her litter box. Is this an emergency where I need to take her to the late night vet? Or should I wait and see how she is tomorrow.

When was the last time your cat ate food and kept it down? Is she still going to the bathroom?   If the not eating  just started today then I think you are ok with taking her to the vet tomorrow.  Call and get an appointment right away for that day when they open.  The yellow bile and being lethargic could be from her having nausea.  This happened to one of my cats and the vet gave her a shot for nausea.  The brown vomit with food is most likely undigested food.  I would not let your baby go longer than a day without eating.  If you feel you need to take her to the ER vet and you can afford to do it than it may not be a bad idea.  If this were my cat I would go to my regular vet tomorrow.  If she has stopped going to the bathroom completely and is vomiting  to then I would take her to ER vet tonight.   If she is eliminating normally then I would wait until tomorrow when your regular vet is available.

This is so helpful, thank you! Last night I was able to get her to play a little so I stopped being very worried, and this morning she is acting and eating normally. If she vomits again I will take her in.
