I made that for my sister-in-law. I do not know how Buddy will take to cat scent being on "his" bed. But he lives with two cats so there may be no problem.
It is 36" across and turned out nice I think. There is room for a whole colony of cats.

That is so cool that you made that! I have the exact opposite problem!!! Our dogs Chance and Toby (Toby 85lbs, Chance 105lbs) try and get into the 10" cat beds, only their head or front legs fit, but they still try!!!

Thanks. I think it is cool to make them too. SO far I have made maybe 25 small and medium sizes. That was my second BIG one. It is a pain to get through the sewing machine though. It is like wrestling a mattress through the feed dogs.
So cute!. She's claimed her spot!
