I was wondering if this suture looked normal.

It is a long time since my cats were spayed and sutures looked very different, but looking at your photograph I do not see any redness.  If her wound is not showing inflammation, swelling up around the area, or feeling hot, I think her suture is likely to be fine.  Is she eating, dringking and toileting well and starting to play and run around more like her usual self?

Ditto to the above. My cats were spayed 10 years ago. . .back in the day shelters did not spay and neuter, early spaying and neutering was unheard of ( I miss those days) :( and you removed the stitches yourself. From what I remember (I can't remember exactly as it happened 10 years ago) but mine had black stitches and were just shaved abdomens with the black stitches.

Is the area swollen? Red? is it bleeding or oozing? The above is likely an infection. Please call your vet if she has that or you're concerned! Hope your kitty is okay.

Actually she has seemed very depressed, she is eating, but not much. She hardly let's us pet her. But we're pretty sure its the cone. We take it off for a couple of minutes every few hours and supervise her and she seems calmer when she's not wearing it and allows us to pet her. But as soon as it's back on she's back to being upset.

She doesn't have any oozing or redness, just a bump, but Every thing I have read says the bump is normal.

From what you are saying, things sound good following the surgery other than how your cat is coping with that 'cone of shame' - that is not unusual.   Hopefully she will not have to keep it on for much longer, and I feel sure she will get back to her usual self quickly once she is free to roam and groom again.  Pamper her lots, and if I were you I'd keep giving her the supervised time without that nasty collar.

Thank you. I feel Mich better now. Her incision is looking better every day. And that cone of shame is enough to make any cat crazy I'm sure. We can't have the poor baby constantly wearing it. Lol
